The DMV3s AAA Preseason Training Camp is where the area’s best young talent comes to get faster, stronger, and sharper before the season starts. We had one week this past summer and more to come in the future! Elite on-ice sessions. Intense off-ice training. Coaching from exclusively current NCAA hockey players and guest pro coaches who know what it takes to get to the next level.

Evan is a staple in our league and one of the true DMV3s OGs. After playing for both Team Maryland and Washington Little Caps locally, Evan moved on to play junior and now collegiately at the Division One level!
Only the best skate with us at our pro 3v3. High pace, a ton of compete, and development like no other every Monday night!

For over a decade our ColdRush Custom Elite Camp has sold out in less than a minute. That’s what happens when you’re the OG of fun, creative, & effective hockey drills!
See, we started making GREAT hockey drills crazy fun back in the early 90’s, way before it was cool and many years before TikTok & Instagram even existed. Teaching excellent technique in the most motivational ways has ALWAYS been our thing. We don’t post much, but our on ice content is absolutely legendary.
