Some venues include tables, chairs, linens, and even coordination, while others are completely blank spaces. Knowing this upfront helps you understand what rentals you’ll need.
2️⃣ What is the guest capacity?
Ask for the realistic capacity for your layout (ceremony, seated dinner, dance floor). The max number isn’t always the most comfortable fit.
3️⃣ What is the backup plan for weather?
If any part of your wedding is outdoors, make sure there’s a clear rain plan that still fits your vision.
