Some of my favourite bicep/tricep movements💪🏽. Over the years I’ve learned it’s all about squeeze, stretch & control.
Love these because almost every gym has the equipment for these exercises so it’s feasible wherever you are. Another key if you’re looking for big arms is to gradually go a little heavier every so often so your muscles get more explosive. But never sacrifice form over weight!
- Tricep Press 4 x 12
- Cable Curls 4 x 12
- Tricep Pushdown 4 x 12
- Rope Pushdown 4 x 12
- Close Grip Pull Ups 4 x 12
- Hammer Curls 3 - 4 x 12 (or till failure tbh)
