We built Emcee Directory to make one thing simple: finding the right host for the room — not just someone with a mic, but someone who matches the energy, audience, and moment. Think of it like matchmaking for live events. Need a corporate Emcee with a comedy background? A host who can keep an audience locked in like it’s halftime at the Super Bowl? We’ve got them. And it’s free for planners to browse and match. But this is bigger than a directory. It’s a training ground. A development hub. A community where MCs sharpen their skills and connect with industry pros. That’s why our roster includes hosts trusted by brands like Google, Disney, Coca-Cola, and more — including MCs trained by Devon Brown himself. Better matches. Better stages. Better events. Welcome to Emcee Directory. Want to find the perfect host for your next event? START HERE⬇️

Because behind every smooth event is an emcee keeping the energy alive… and an event planner surviving group chats.

🎤 Calling anyone who LOVES being on stage and is hungry for more time on it… Speakers, DJs, coaches, trainers, hosts, emcees, facilitators, performers and more. Next Thursday, I’m hosting a free LIVE training showing you how I went from teaching Taekwondo to filling my calendar with high-paid stage bookings and how YOU can start following the same path. /10k-webinar And listen… I know you’ve probably seen a lot of “get booked on stage” claims before. That’s why I’ll be showing you the receipts live on the call, including the stages, the strategy, and the exact side-door opportunity I used to get booked without being a keynote speaker or having a big following. Click below to see the details and save your free seat. /10k-webinar

For working effectively with your emcee: 👉 Have them arrive the day before your event starts. Not the morning of. Not halfway through Day 1. The day before. Here’s why: Your emcee needs time to walk the stage, talk to the AV team, and run through any last-minute changes. They need to connect with you - and anyone else playing a key role - before the audience ever walks in. You don’t want your first conversation happening in the chaos 10 minutes before doors open. So if your event is Thursday through Saturday? 📍 Your emcee should be on-site Wednesday. Simple as that. Trust me… this one small thing makes a huge difference. And whatever you do… don’t have them fly in the morning of. Just… don’t. 😅

A lot of event hosts aren’t getting found, not because they lack talent, but because they’re not showing up online consistently. 🎤 You don’t always need “perfect” content. Share stories from the stage. Talk about events you’ve hosted. Post lessons, moments, challenges, or wins from your experience. People need to see what you do more than once before they remember your name. Social media isn’t one post and instant bookings. It’s consistency. Keep posting. Keep showing up. Keep reminding people what you do. Because building visibility is a process, not a one-time event.

Sometimes the reason you’re not getting booked isn’t because you’re not good enough. It’s because people don’t actually know what you do. 🎤 One simple social media tweak can open new MC opportunities: 📌 Pin a post that clearly says: • who you are • what events you host • what makes you different • and the kind of experience you create Sometimes all it takes is showing up online and saying: “Hi, here’s who I am and here’s what I do.” You’d be surprised how many opportunities come from simply being visible. Because people can’t book the MC they never knew existed.
