Meet Jessi Rae 💫
A powerhouse & lifelong student of wellness who began her journey at just 15.
With over 50 trainings led worldwide, her path includes a 200-hour certification from Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, extensive study in Thai Bodywork and deep tissue massage, Aerial Yoga training with Aircat Aerial Arts, and an intensive Ashtanga immersion in India with Joey Miles. She also has a successful practice leading others with her knowledge as a holistic health coach.
Her teachings span from the U.S. to Bali, Greece, China, and beyond blending movement, healing, and intention to guide others toward a more balanced and empowered way of being on and off the mat🌿✨
