🌠 i make this post with a heavy yet grateful heart. i am going to stop tattooing for the time being. i have been trying to make it work in portland for quite some time but issues just come down to money and studio space. i have been able to tattoo in my home recently but it has become too hard for me to balance working and living in the same space and i've lost steam. i haven't felt motivated to draw new flash as much because i feel less professional and less comfortable working out of the place i live - the place i go through the ups and downs of life that truly need to be separate from work. it's a sad cycle and i wish i could push through it like so many people do but i need to make the sustainable choice. that being said- i love every single tattoo i've gotten the privilege to give and my clients have been amazing. you are all the ones who have made me a tattooer. thank you for the role you've played over the years. every studio i've shared with friends has been a beautiful and fun challenge. tattooing remains the one thing that makes the most sense to me- artistically, energetically, and otherwise. almost 9 years of this and i have truly loved it all. if you wanna stay in touch in any way on this app my personal is @lowflyingbird1 - i won't be using this account anymore. thank you 1000000 times for all of your support. i am hoping to see you all again. it's not "goodbye" just "see you next time". evan
