Today is the official second day of the solo exhibition of Emanuel Seitz. In this video, you can find the current exhibition views and immerse yourself in the serene and introspective world of Seitz’s art.
Emanuel Seitz (b. 1973) is a distinguished contemporary artist known for his exploration of the fundamental elements of painting—form and composition. Born in Dingolfing, Germany, Seitz has developed a unique artistic voice that emphasizes simplicity and monochromatic aesthetics while delving into the dynamic relationship between form and space.

Buysse Gallery is pleased to announce its upcoming solo exhibition from the renowned German artist Emanuel Seitz (b. 1973).
The artist is bringing his evocative works to the Belgian coastal town of Knokke, leading the narrative of the curatorial approach of this exhibition titled “Summer Hues.” Seitz’s meticulous approach to pigment mixing and composition reveals a quiet beauty and introspective quality, inviting viewers to explore the subtle and nuanced palette of colors.
Emanuel Seitz, a distinguished contemporary artist, studied alongside Günther Förg at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts. Seitz’s unique artistic voice emphasizes simplicity and monochromatic aesthetics while delving into the dynamic relationship between form and space. His works, characterized by high-contrast raw pigments and free-flowing brushstrokes, reflect a deep engagement with the materiality of paint and the act of painting itself.
In addition to Seitz’s main exhibition, the Private Room will feature a curated selection of works by James Rielly, Tom Van Puyvelde, Leo Orta, Silvia Giordani, Damien Bénéteau, and Stephan Marienfeld, complementing the contemplative atmosphere of Seitz’s paintings.
