After months of sleepless nights creating wedding outfits, the bride never got to wear them.
Yes… that really happened.
Weeks of designing, sewing, fittings, and perfecting every detail for a bride, groom, and their bridesmaids, all for one of the most important days of their lives. I couldn’t help but feel really withdrawn after the disappointment from the logistics company.
The logistics company disappointed us, and the outfits didn’t arrive in time for the wedding.
It was heartbreaking. As a designer, nothing compares to seeing your client step into their big day wearing something you created with love and care.
But in the middle of the disappointment, I experienced something beautiful, an incredibly understanding bride who chose grace.
Moments like this remind you that business is not just about creativity, it’s also about systems, planning, and growth.
This experience has strengthened my commitment to ensuring that every future client experiences not just beautiful designs, but smooth delivery and reliable processes.
Many people only see the final product, but very few see the battles that happen behind the scenes.
Some lessons come with heartbreak… but they also make you better.
