About a month ago, I made a plan with my doctor to taper off my anxiety/depression medication (I’ve always had excellent timing). The withdrawals hurt, but like getting stabbed with a needle, not a knife. I’m in the last stage, down to zero now. Glad it’s almost over. Being in St George with my mom this week helped 🧠 🌞 ❤️

I can’t believe we finished filming today. I’ve never cried because a project was over (except maybe with relief) but I may shatter that streak.
I kept feeling guilty the whole shoot because I wasn’t stressed out.
@leskidman and I found all the colors of rocks today while filming at a waterfall— between rainstorms, sunshine, and watching giant bats fly overhead.
