Well, she's in! After months of back and forth, and trying to piece the small things, I now have the 13B mocked up in the engine bay. Time to get some sheet metal and make a proper engine mount and then it'll be time to start piecing the car together! 930 before 30. Needed a new replacement for the FC, and I think it makes up for it. Picked up this 911 as a new project last month, and been slowly chipping away. Plan is a full ground up restoration and build. Still haven't come to accept that my time of owning RX7s is over. Roughly a decade of so filled with breakdowns, heartbreaks, premix spent, tens of thousands of miles driven, tons of ups and downs, the knowledge learned, the friendships formed and people met, the experience. It feels as if a major part of my life (and the entirety of my 20s) of building and learning rotaries is gone, but I will never forget any of it.
