One continuous blue shelve system spans both spaces as well as a structural chimney breast, clad in timber, centrally maintaining the divide.
Previously the main living areas in both separate houses, these rooms are now playing, multifunctional spaces that work combined or separate. A bold and playful @elsbethshaw sits pride of place.

A vivid composition within the ground floor lobby at Róisín Lafferty Gallery.
Front Row by Elsbeth Shaw introduces a striking rhythm across the wall, its graphic arrangement of colour and form drawing the eye through the space. From a limited edition of 3, the work holds a bold clarity, its repeated circular motifs creating both structure and movement within the composition.
Set against enveloping clay toned walls and grounded by Giallo marble, the palette feels rich and immersive, amplifying the depth and warmth of the room.
Between the artwork and its mirrored reflections, the Lily Wall Light by Bryan O’Sullivan introduces a sculptural presence. Formed in frosted glass with antique brass detailing, it adds a vertical cadence, echoing the geometry of the composition while bringing a refined warmth to the space.
In the foreground, the Zampa Chair by Jonathan Bocca, represented by Artemest, brings a playful contrast. Its vivid yellow tone and tactile, sculptural form introduce energy and movement, offsetting the more structured elements of the space.
A lobby defined by colour, mirrored surfaces and material contrast, where each piece contributes to a bold yet carefully balanced interior.

On opening night, Shaw’s specially commissioned artwork, To Watch Sunrise, created in celebration of Seddiq’s 10-year milestone in fashion, will beunveiled for the first time. This limited edition piece, a reimagining of one of Seddiq’s signature sculptural silhouettes, showcases Shaw’s meticulous circles, merging the worlds of fashion and visual art in a bold, contemporary dialogue.
