At El Niño, we care about our team's happiness and health! That's why we've introduced something special: Weekly Mobility Classes with our trainer Kaspar. 🧘♀️
We start our week with easy exercises before lunch to keep us moving and improve how we sit. We also learn how to sit up straight and avoid common posture problems when working on computers. After that, we do some gentle stretches to stay flexible.
On Wednesdays, we have evening workouts that begin with mobility exercises. Then, we focus on getting stronger. Every other week, we work on our core muscles to make our bodies stronger and reduce back pain. In the weeks between, we concentrate on our legs, knees, hips, and ankles. This helps us have strong and stable joints.
These sessions are not just about staying healthy – they're also a fun break from our work routine. Join us as we stretch, move, and enjoy a moment of relaxation in the middle of our busy days! 💪-

For the past three months, we had 4 interns join our team. Quite exciting for us and them, as we never had more than one intern working with us at a time.
