About how WFQ came to be:

I decided to put this event together after working and vending at various art markets and cons for the last 25 years and some prodding from friends and family.
I noticed a pattern.
Queer? Disabled? Fat? Unconventional?
Anything classed as ‘other’?
These voices may not always be silenced, but they are often downplayed, ignored, made small, if not mocked.
I wanted to create a space that not only amplifies those voices but also celebrates all of us and cheers loudest for the fringes.
You may not fall under any of this umbrella, but someone you care about probably does and what a lovely thing for them to have something special.
I hope this is an event where *everyone* shines their brightest.
We’ve gone out of our way to make the vendors and featured guests feel considered and cared for, another thing I feel sets this event apart from many contemporaries.

I am an interdisciplinary disabled queer (Pan) artist based in the Philadelphia suburbs,
I’ve been making art in some form or fashion for 35+ years. I create art with pencils, water color, gouache, acrylic paint, polymer clay, alcohol inks, resin and lots and lots of glitter.

Did my makeup and gave myself a blowout the other day for my 8-year anniversary of being an affiliate on twitch.
I don't post much about my channel because I don't use it that much. I am a former twitch partner for a different channel and never really put a lot of focus into my own channel.
Between chronic illness and the state of the world lately, I have not been much of a person, but as the snow melts I am hopefully also blooming.
