Itās almost been a week since the second Date My Mate at @worldsendfinsburypark A night of unfiltered chaos, PowerPoint perfection and matches made in heaven/ the pub.
To the spectators that showed up to find the love of your life and to the presenters that got on stage to pitch your pals- the vibes were immaculate. To the thousands of you who have recently hit follow, get ready for the best Wednesday of your life.
We sold out in under 5 minutes last time but donāt cry into your wine just yet... we have two events coming in April.Ā

Weāre bringing dating back to the pub and handing the power to the people who know you best: your friends. Date My Mate is a dating event hosted byĀ @drinknice andĀ @drinklocal.uk and led by comedianĀ @ellpowellcomedy where friends can pitch their mates to a room full of singles. Think speed dating but with slides, jokes and significantly better odds.
Each presenter has two minutes to make their case and pitch their single friend. Once all presentations are done, youāll have loads of time to spare at the end of the night to shoot your shot with whoever caught your eye.
