This was definitely a highlight during @vividsydney preview week - for obvious reasons, but also because we weren’t absolutely drenched by torrential rain.
It’s a really cool space and if you are brave enough to strap on some skates (which they provide) I highly recommend checking it out. It finishes on the 14th June.

100’s of hammerhead sharks migrating through the waters of Yonaguni Island in Japan.
We did nine dives over three days searching for the beautiful creatures… on most of the dives we saw nothing, just an endless blue abyss. When we did find them though, it was nothing short of magical.

Kata Tjuṯa is a group of ancient rock formations that are over 500 million years old.
The 7.4km hike through the Valley of the Winds takes around 3 hours and was one of my highlights in the Northern Territory.
If you’re heading to Uluru, you must put aside time to visit this beautiful place – it’s only a 45 minute drive!

Uluru is a sacred site with deep spiritual significance for the Aṉangu people - the traditional owners of the land.

Learning about their culture and hearing stories passed down through generations was a powerful reminder of the profound connection between people and the land.
Uluru is truly spectacular… Words (or these kind of posts) seriously don’t do it justice...
Make sure you catch the sunset and try spend a good amount of time in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre which is right next to the rock.

Bloody incredible!
The Mereenie Loop is an unsealed section of the Red Centre Way in the Northern Territory.
It has no facilities or fuel stops and is recommended for four-wheel drive vehicles only.
You need a permit to travel as it crosses through Aboriginal lands - it only costs 5 bucks and I picked mine up at Kings Canyon Resort. If you are coming from the other way you can pick one up in the Alice Springs Visitor Centre.
A truly amazing stretch of road.
