So excited to share that I'm the new executive chef of @gleneaglestownhouse & @thespence_edinburgh as well as the private members club. A hotel and restaurant that's quickly becoming an institution in Edinburgh. The Scottish larder is absolutely world class, having already worked with the team and suppliers to put together new menus, I can't wait to see what the future brings.
