I feel so lucky to cook in different kitchens, in beautiful spots around the world. A busy restaurant service is something I love, so is making simple lunch for friends.
Among chic sleeps and cosy baths during my stay at @carmen.amsterdam guesthouse I cooked dinner for friends, old and new. I made Moroccan Mrouzia lamb to eat with couscous that Biba and the girls helped me steam over broth; confit tuna with harissa, tomatoes and Sicilian capers; dressed sweet lettuce and Merguez. Always such a special time in Amsterdam 🤍

A portrait of me at the kiosk this past summer. A beautiful memory of charcoal grilled feta with cherries, grilled flounder, fried garfish, dressed tomatoes, and tuna tartare with sumac and labneh 🐡
