May... what a mess of a month it was for me. I struggled quite a lot that month as I do usually since the month May brings back many memories and with it, all of the emotions. As May was the month I was born, my trans identity was also born and my connection to my biological family died❤️‍🩹 I connect a lot with May: love, grief, loss, family, identity I was also struggling with a lot of dysphoria lately and it feels so frustrating when dysphoria still comes up after all you've done to reduce these feelings, after all the work, all the pain, all the surgeries. But I always try to remind myself that it is going to be alright, and I also got people that are very dear to me that also constantly remind me of that. Thank you to my loved ones for always having my back and listening to what I feel, when I do that A LOT for others already. A woman does the emotional work for others, she cares for others and listens, and she loves, and only from my dearest people I get more back than I should, and for that I am forever grateful, thank you and love you!🫂❤️ Love, your favorite Levantine doll Elissar Zanubia🌹
