This old bronze Sakyamuni Buddha amulet from Tibet is smoothed by many years of ceremonial touching. Paired it with Indian tiger eye beads and bone discs for texture.
Egyptian artisans in the Coptic era 200-400 AD created these simple amulets for daily wear, protection and good fortune. The buffalo head in the middle was adorned with a very cheerful set of eyes. The Vase is courtesy of my bead afficionado Ron Stiegler, and the beads I used were matte tumbled moonstone :-)

Preparing my AI tool-adventure of opening an online shop for my work! Steep learning curve, please bear with me and hope you enjoy the work and it’s stories :-). All photos and info will be REAL.
This talismanic intaglio bead is a Sasanian/Zoroastrian winged human, with 2 fossilized Pleistocene dinosaur bone beads, matte jade and yak bone. I am exhibiting my work at the Turtle Gallery on Deer Isle, ME. So exciting :-)
