Oner active straight leg pants & glutes 🤝 Being a quad dominant girly, I’ve always lagged in my glutes but after YEARS of work, we have stronger, more rounded and more lifted glutes. I train them twice a week to ensure the muscle gets enough stimulus to promote change, and whilst I’m not Jlo by any stretch of the word, we deffo have growth! Here is my go-to second glute session of the week 1. 4 x 10-12 DB RDL’s 2. 3 x 10 per leg Reverse Lunges 3. Superset 3 x 12 Cable Squats followed by 10 Cable Pull Throughs 4. 3 x 8-10 DB Squats 5. 3 x 10 per leg Cable Kick Backs Work hard and reap the rewards! Your weekly dose of mobility 🤸🏽‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️ I know it takes time, and I know a lot of us are guilty of skipping the stretch 👀 but taking care of your body is so important, especially if you train and lift regularly. Stretching and working on your mobility doesn’t just help with that post session soreness, it also help to lubricate the joints, prevent injury and increase range of motion when exercising.
