In one week:
I witnessed my goddaughter’s christening, a beautiful celebration of life and joy.
Befriended a taxi driver, a Nigerian man who walked across the Sahara to escape Boko Haram, finding home and purpose in Spain.
And on my flight home, sat next to a man from a town in Oregon with a population of 15,000 who just purchased a home in Gers, France, planning for a more simple, peaceful future.
Work took me to Málaga, but the journey has blessed me personally far beyond what I could ever have imagined. A reminder that if you approach life openly, it all turns out alright. Often better than you thought possible.
