@ellablou est une DJ et artiste visuelle britannique, avec un sérieux penchant pour la fantaisie et l'over the top ! L'adage more is more s'applique aussi à son style musical, qui donne vie à une vraie "cartoon club fantasy", passant sans problème de la J-pop aux BO de jeux-vidéo jusqu'aux trésors tacky des années 2000.  Elle organise les évènements club BoOp à Londres, à sorti une mixtape chez Boomerang (le label de Bugasmurf) et vous pouvez aussi écouter sa résidence chez Noods Radio !  Montez dans son manège en roue libre, le pilote à sauté par dessus bord mais on ne s'ennuie pas 🎠

A summer of doodling on till paper and blue roll *🤹‍♀️🏨🎭, rowing with @adam__laurence à la Wind in The Willows, growing flowers and enjoying vegetable company. We’re all still missing beloved Cassie who we were so lucky to spend the first half of the year with, a truly extraordinary curious pussycat who we will never forget!! ❤️‍🩹🐾 Then finally immersing myself in Napple Tale on Dreamcast and feeling the fire of my imagination rise again, stacking things, Clady’s cartoon world swirling into view…. All this wholesome hedgehog baloney and I still got to be a swaggy DJ Lady in the big smoke with my faves at @shelltek 😤?!! Not bad for spending the summer at home! ❤️ Gratitudinal to all who made this summer so special 💝 love from the burrow 🏡🫖 *p.s I’m looking for work in London! Life! oh liiife…00ohh liii¡¡¡¡fe, oh life……Is why I have been a little vacant on the gram recently 👩🏻‍💻💼🖇️🗒️📦⁉️ That being said, I WON’T let life get in the way of me sharing my final @noodsradio show I did with @tasfet_ back in June… because it was HEAVY and I’m so proud of it! 🌪️💪😎💪 🏆 Tasfet is GENEROUS. What I love about his style and general aura is that he wants to share all the best bits, all the best songs, all the most emotive transitions so that no dancer is left un-tickled. He wants to transport us!🚪🗝️ His enthusiasm is contagious and reminds me of why I wanted to start djing in the first place: human connection 🙏 DJ, producer, and founder of the genre-blurring label @intaqta , he channels bass-heavy rhythms, synthetic textures, and emotionally charged club music into sets that are as playful as they are precise. Expect anything from glitchy UK garage and warp-speed electro to post-EDM detours and euphoric walls of sound in his road trip-inspired selection. Today at 2pm BST @noodsradio is airing my last show 😢🫂. After nearly 2 and a half years worth of shows and Mickey Zoggs shenanigans I wanted to end with a BANG! Joining me with a 30 min pearly shibuya-electro-kei odyssey is the Berlin-based Chilean Dj, Cartoonist, and graphics-wizz @tasfet_ !!! After meeting at @boomerang.lab ‘s Shroomania extravaganza in Brussels last year, Rafa and the crew at their label, @intaqta , and event series, @xebek_xk , have really inspired me with their raw enthusiasm and dedication crafting their own world. Music is just pure fantasy and @tasfet_ ‘s mix demonstrates this perfectly🥹💐🦚✨ After Rafa suggested a ‘Road Trip’ aux-key exchange as inspiration, I gathered together songs from various destinations of the past year or so, some Bungalow Records gems, some glitchy pop and plenty of cartoon samples. Thank you @noodsradio and to everyone who’s ever listened ❤️🦔🍰 it’s been a journey! (LOOK at this cartoon artwork @tasfet_ did !)

My Sisters and I have made a mix together and it’s going out on @noodsradio at 2pm today! Holly and Rosie have their own rich musical worlds that they have generously selected tracks from for me to mix. I feel very privileged to have shared a childhood with such curious, imaginative, romantic souls who’s sense of wonder and storytelling translates through the music they love. It’s about time I had my besties on 📻! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏼 Its a tapestry of songs that have transported us far beyond the walls of our kitchen! Much love from us three, Ella, Holly & Rosie x
