Ad. I’ve spent the last 15 years trying different things for my health. I’ve tried all sorts of trends and fads, gadgets and gizmos, but these are the five pillars that have really worked for me.
First is really prioritising my gut health, taking a daily shot of live, active bactiera - I use
@symproveyourlife as its a fermented liquid, I also add in fermented foods like kimchi and sourdough, and make sure I get my 30 plants a week.
Second is getting outside as early as I can, even if it’s just ten minutes, and really noticing how much it shifts my energy and mood across the day.
Thirdly, moving my body consistently, not intensely or following any big trends, just showing up a few times a week, keeping it simple and letting go of that all-or-nothing mindset.
Fourth is managing stress, not just pushing through it, so daily meditation, creating small moments to slow down, and being much more intentional with my phone and social media use.
And finally, prioritising sleep, going to bed earlier, winding down properly in the evenings, and treating it as something completely non-negotiable.
None of it is complicated, but doing it consistently has genuinely changed how I feel.
