✨✨ The second edition of Creative Currents is getting closer: Scen 46 8–9 May — save the dates! ✨✨ During the spring of 2026, choreographers/performers Anna-Greta Himmer and Elias Kraft develop a new work through residencies at Konstkollektivet, Scenstudion, and Finnekumla Dans & Konstscen. No Deadline are thrilled to support this process and to share where it leads. Elias Kraft is a dance and performance artist based in Gothenburg. He graduated from SEAD [Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance] in 2022. His work centers on improvisation as a scenic language, where presence, timing, and decision-making in the moment are central. He works across both independent and institutional contexts and also initiates artistic meeting spaces and community-based processes. — Anna-Greta Himmer is a dancer and choreographer based in Gothenburg with a degree from Balettakademien Göteborg (2023). Her artistic practice is grounded in an interest in embodying fantasies within spatial structures. Her choreographic work spans movement, text, and sound, with an aspiration toward a scenic presence that can narrate and understand relationships between the body and its surroundings. She is currently fascinated by bodily extensions, the potential of renewal, and states of ongoingness. Phanta Lemon is a dance and theatre performance for youth audience that, with seriousness and humor, twists and turns the concepts of encounter, intimacy and consent. It's about excitement and nerves, but also about playfulness and curiosity. About the words that are said but even more about the words that are not said. It's about the greatness of daring to be vulnerable in front of another person. Phanta Lemon will be premiered at Regionteater Väst 20/11. We will also perform at House of Possibilitas 29/11 at 18.
