Jane is a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend who has always put others' needs before her own. She has been in a very critical state since suffering two strokes back in late August 2022. Today she is isolated against her will from most of her family who have no idea how she is doing. We are now desperate, after trying to solve things as a family, for your help in order to help Jane. Let us tell you more about the situation.
Jane, originally from Kenya, moved to the US to be closer to her family. She is known by many for her devotion to the church and caring nature. In late August 2022 she suffered two strokes, impairing her physical and communication abilities. Her siblings took her from her current hospital due to the poor care and provided rehabilitation at her brother’s home, which led to significant improvements. Jane wished to return to Kenya, but three of her children falsely accused her caregivers, leading to her forced removal. These children isolated Jane, moving her between care homes and preventing other family members from visiting. Jane's health deteriorated due to this isolation and lack of rehabilitation.
Despite our attempts to contact her children and arrange visits, Jane remains cut off, with her condition constantly worsening. Her family's efforts to support her were met with hostility from her children. The situation is now critical: Jane's three children control her care but have shown negligence. We seek legal action to revoke the Power of Attorney and ensure that Jane receives the care and support she needs. Jane has always supported others, and now it's our turn to support her.
