New Music Out Now ✨😎
“Adoration” is an homage to my early encounter with music singing in the children’s choir as a kid in Lagos.
I ended up finishing this record in Lagos during my last show there in April, and even got to perform it there for the very first time. A real full circle moment.
I used vocal effects to recreate the feeling of hearing my younger self in the choir inspired by the place where my love for music first began.

Seven years ago, I DM’d @ronnojag to applaud his contributions to the Nigerian electronic music scene through his platform, @spektrumng . As a young Nigerian in New York looking back home, there weren’t many platforms pushing house music in Nigeria at the time.
It felt amazing to return to Lagos this weekend to perform and witness firsthand how much the scene has evolved and grown.
