âPlaying Buddy the Elf is like taking a 2.5 hour Christmas CrossFit class. It feels like I get shot out of a cannon and then go on a high-intensity, musical theatre roller coaster ride. So for the majority of my prep I try to keep things fairly calm and chill. And then right before I run out on stage for my entrance I do jumping jacks in the wings with my dresser.â â @greyhenson
