Our sessions are simple:
Main lift first - with week to week progressions.
Full body workout second.
Then finish with something that hurts.
Today’s focus: pull-ups. Strict ones. With progressions or regressions to meet you where you are.
If you want your training to transfer to your sport, intent is everything.

A big welcome to Doddy who is finally getting the chance to fulfil his dream of speaking at the front of the class.
Doddy will be kicking off our Zumba timetable from next week. I’d expect high demand to see those hips move… so book in quick.
