We’re proud to support the 2026 Steps Against Melanoma Walk, this Sunday April 19th 💙 This walk will bring people together to honor loved ones, support those facing melanoma, and raise awareness for one of the most aggressive forms of skin cancer. Whether you’re looking to shave seconds off your sprint or build a solid foundation for the next season, the Elevate Youth Speed and Performance Camp is where it happens. Choose between two 4-week blocks (or sign up for both and save!): • Block 1: June 1st – 26th • Block 2: July 6th – 31st MIDDLE SCHOOL • Time: Mondays & Wednesdays | 8:30am – 9:30am • Cost: $199 per block (or $349 for both) • Focus: 1 hour of speedwork and age-appropriate strength training. HIGH SCHOOL • Time: Mondays & Wednesdays | 10:30am – 12:00pm • Cost: $249 per block (or $449 for both) • Focus: 1.5 hours of advanced performance and strength development This will be held at our Fieldhouse location, 4101 Paseo Del Norte NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113. The Elevate Football Combine is your chance to prove what you've got! On March 29th at 12pm, we are hosting a professional assessment day designed to measure exactly what makes football player standout: * Pro-Level Testing: 40-yard sprint, 5-10-5 Pro Agility and Forceplates for Vertical Jump Analysis Testing is only the beginning. You can transition directly from the combine into our 8-week Speed Development Program running from April 6th to May 29th. Meeting every Wednesday and Friday at 4:30 PM (ages 13-18) or 5:30pm (ages 8-12), this session is built to turn those baseline numbers into explosive on-field results. Our Singer location has been absolutely buzzing with energy—so much that things are getting a little too crowded during peak training times! While we know everyone loves the Singer location, we also want to ensure everyone has ample space to train effectively and safely. That's why, in the coming year, we will be strategically shifting more of our group training sessions to the Fieldhouse facility. The Fieldhouse is designed to support our growing community and offers incredible resources: 🔲Three Dedicated Training Spaces: More room for groups of all sizes and disciplines. 🔲On-Site Physical Therapy 🔲Registered Dietitian 🔲Medical Director This move is all about elevating your training experience, giving you the space you deserve, and ensuring you have access to top-tier support. In the coming months we will also be making some more changes to the space. As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions and appreciate your flexibility as we go through this transition. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but it was built every day. Stacking. Bricks. That’s the secret. There is no magic pill, especially not during the holidays. There is only the undeniable power of showing up when you don’t want to. Every healthy choice you make is a brick. One brick doesn’t look like much. But when you stack them up—day after day, rep after rep, meal after meal—you build something unbreakable. How to stack bricks during the Holiday Season: 1. Lower the bar: A 30-minute workout is better than the 0-minute workout you skipped because you were “too busy.” 2. Prioritize Protein: Eat the holiday treats, but stack that protein brick first. 3. Move Daily: Even if it’s just a walk to look at Christmas lights. 4. Shoot for 7 hours of sleep. 5. Drink your water before the eggnog The holidays aren’t a pause button on your health. Keep building. Don’t worry about the wall yet. Just lay today’s brick as perfectly as you can. Then do it again tomorrow.
