Students worked through realistic rescue evolutions while providing ALS/BLS care in dynamic environments — combining medical decision-making with hands-on rescue operations.

We had the opportunity to host Michael Baker International this week at our Orlando training center for their annual refresher.
The team trained at our site on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, utilizing our facility to work through core skills, systems, and evolutions. On Wednesday, we took the training off-site to introduce more scenario-based work and real-world rigging applications—adding complexity and context you just can’t replicate in a controlled environment alone.
What stood out most was the level of preparation they brought into the week. It was clear that significant forethought went into their training objectives, resulting in a highly productive and focused experience from start to finish.
Equally impressive was their work ethic. The group stayed engaged, asked the right questions, and put in consistent effort throughout each day—maximizing the value of every session.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with a team that takes training this seriously and looks to continuously improve.
