Many Class B and C owners are asking the same question: sell, reinvest, or hold?
The hardest part isn’t the math - it’s knowing what’s possible.
Our Landlord Listing approach goes beyond leasing, bringing together asset strategy, project management, and real development experience to help owners move forward with clarity.
It’s not just about filling space.
It’s about creating value.
Swipe to see what that looks like.
Proud to see Pillsbury Creative Commons recognized with a 2026 CoStar Impact Award and named a finalist for the Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards.
More than a building, this project is about community, creativity, and opportunity — creating space for artists, entrepreneurs, and neighbors to connect and grow.
Grateful to have supported the work as owner’s representative alongside an incredible, mission-driven team. 💛

New chapter at The Consortium!
Since last summer, we’ve been working behind the scenes, now as owners alongside First Avenue, to reposition the building through leasing, upgrades, and thoughtful reinvestment.
From refreshed common spaces and facade updates to new creative office energy, the building is evolving alongside the momentum on First Ave.
We’re also proud to share the completion of our new Element office in Suite 200, where we led the project from concept through construction, bringing our team into the heart of the Warehouse District as we enter our next decade of Driving Possibilities!
With renewed energy along the First Avenue corridor, we’re excited about what’s ahead for The Consortium and the role it can play in the continued evolution of the neighborhood.
Catch us at our new address:
