Sunset Yoga is coming to City Orchard every 1st Wednesday of the month, starting May 6 at 7 PM, with Emily from @elementalflowhtx leading the flow.
Come stretch, reset, and ease into the evening right here in the taproom. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just need a midweek exhale, this is your sign to roll out the mat and join us.

It warms my heart to witness so many women gathering to encourage one another through movement, business, and life. One of my clients once shared with me, “It takes a village to hold it all together,” and this event reminded me just how true that is. The raw, genuine energy carried me through this entire week.
I think many people can relate to how easy it can be to isolate and stay in rest mode, but just like there’s rarely a workout you regret showing up for, there hasn’t been a single event I’ve left feeling unseen, unsupported, or uninspired.
