Destination ➡️ Nowhere
For this @pasnormalstudios trip, we took a group of riders to Bellingham. A second group came down from Canada to meet us. We all threw our bags in the van and set off riding to Mt. Baker. We rested and recharged at a cabin in glacier before turning back the next day. As epic as our ride and destination was, it was the moments in between that made the ride memorable. The mechanicals, the closed roads, the diners, the morning lattes. Those are the moments that put “Destination Nowhere” into context. It’s not the destination, it’s the Journey 🤙

There’s lots of reasons to love the Enve Melee. Massive tire clearance, nimble yet stable road feel, the oh so clean inroute integration, the list goes on. For us, one of the best parts is the build process. An opportunity to appreciate the design and craftsmanship inside and out. To see it all come together in a way that is unique to each rider. All made better by 3 amazing new colors. Here we have the new Poison Apple color in a build spec worthy of the pro peloton.

It’s been just under a month since we traveled east for a weekend gravel getaway hosted by @pasnormalstudios_na Should we have brought snow gear? apparently… are lights a smart thing to have? Duh… but we wouldn’t change a thing. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

Starting May 23rd we are switching things up with the shop rides. We will no longer have 2 rides every Saturday. Instead, we will alternate Fast Ride / Social Ride every week. This means longer rides with routes that change more often!
Routes will be exquisite and the coffee stops will be luxurious.
First up, we have the Fast Ride on 5/23. Rollout is 8:00am. The following week we’ll have the Social Ride
5/30 at 9:00am.
See you out there!
Gals gone gravel! Thanks to all the ladies who came out today! Cobblestones, Horse Pasture Hill, a twisty singletrack descent and full sun ☀️ Can we call ourselves mtb’ers now?? Our next Women’s ride is happening in May, details to come 💃🏻

Element Cycles Women’s Ride Series is back next week and paying homage to the Tour of Flanders, a race known for its short, steep, and cobbled climbs of the Flemish Ardennes in Belgium. We’ll start off with a quick tour of the Redmond cobblestones and continue on to the classic Eastside gravel route, Thrilla.
Gravel bikes and tire width 35mm+ highly recommended. Sign up on Strava, link in bio. Rolling from Element Cycles on Sunday, April 5 at 9 am. See you there!

Introducing a monthly women’s ride series celebrating the power, grit and excitement of women’s cycling and centered around the 2026 women’s WorldTour calendar. Hosted by our friend, Kait Rihel @ktpatrice !
Each month, we’ll roll out on a route designed with the WorldTour race of that weekend in mind, channeling the energy of the pros while building our own community on two wheels. Think iconic race vibes, strong pulls and mid-ride chats. We may even mix in a café stop.
To keep things spicy, these rides will alternate between:
Road rides - smooth tarmac and steady pace lines
Gravel rides - bumpy corners and dirt-powered miles
This is a no-drop ride with regular regrouping to encourage all ability levels.
Each ride will earn you an entry into the draw for a full kit (jersey and bibs). Winners of the optional QOM segments will earn you an extra entry into this draw.
Today is the day! Spicy Sammy is back. Our fastest ride leaves the shop at 6pm every Wednesday. We’ve got some hitters signed up for tonight’s ride. Will there be a new Spicy Sammy KOM??
Nothing like new bike day! Element Cycles has been my bike shop for years because they keep everything dialed so I can spend my time riding and training. Really grateful for their support 🙏🏻
