Have you heard? Instagram just dropped a few new features and the one we want to talk about today requires your immediate attention! 🚨
Now introducing, Instagram Maps 🗺️, which in Meta's words, does this: "Stay up-to-date with friends with the Instagram map. You can opt into sharing your last active location with friends you pick, and you can turn it off anytime." Not to scare you (ok, you should be a little bit scared), but if you don't turn this feature off, you will be sharing your current location with all of your followers.
How do you do that, you ask? Follow the instructions in this carousel to turn it off. Some accounts may not have this feature yet, so save this post for later and come back when you have it. Instagram will be rolling it out over the next week or so.
