Since becoming pregnant, I’ve decided I want to switch out my gas stove for an induction stove—the health and safety benefits make so much sense as I prepare to share my kitchen with a little one. So I went to visit the @electraresearch showroom in Brooklyn to try out their new energy efficient stove, and totally fell for it 💛 #ad

This one was fun. We baked the sourdough in the oven, then turned it into a grilled cheese on the induction cooktop. Electra’s precision makes it easy to melt the cheese all the way through and get the sourdough golden without overdoing it. If you’re thinking about getting off gas, Electra is the easiest way to switch to induction ⚡️

We get a lot of customer questions about Electra - we choose a few from this week’s batch of emails and answered them between video takes. There will be lots more where this came from! See a more comprehensive list of questions at electra.com/FAQ

Here’s what it looks like to cook steak on Electra. Most induction stoves need a hefty 240V connection. If you’re switching from gas, that can mean a complicated and expensive kitchen upgrade (if it’s possible at all). Electra plugs into a normal outlet and uses a built-in 5kWh battery to deliver full power to all four burners and the convection oven. No rewiring. No renovation. Just better cooking! Crispy fries & perfect sears 🔥 The built-in air fryer brings the crunch. The induction cooktop brings the heat. Dinner (and your freed-up countertops) have never looked better.
