After four months of being displaced from our home due to a main water break in our condominium building… we’ve returned. Four days of fairly intense work and purging and prepping, but with friends, it didn’t feel as overwhelming.
Having various groups of friends dropping in for a few hours of heavy lifting or organization, bringing us food and keeping us company as we continued to put this life and home back together.
Can’t thank everyone enough for the way you all showed up as soon as it happened, grateful for my amazing Yoga community and for our amazing group of friends!
Now, to the mountains!

My goal is to fall 200 times this year. Something amazing is bound to happen. Gotta put in the work. Thanks to Sean and Sietske for the awesome day. 🙏
If walking across was the goal, I might have given up a long time ago. That shift in perspective is a game-changer.
A reminder that our entire world and all of our problems / challenges / wins / losses reside on a planet that’s smaller than a micro-speck of dust in the universe. Talk about a shift in perspective.
The @calgaryrasc team of volunteers had an amazing evening last night, giving a tour of the cosmos to a great group of kids and parents. Love seeing the next gen stoked to learn about astronomy and discover our place in the universe.

Sunday vibes in the summer sun. This 55m span isn’t a fight anymore. Bubble tea date with Franz, and a new vinyl acquisition.☀️ Not pictured: epic home made burgers with all the fixings with @jasminenoellaburton , family climbing sesh to cap off the weekend. An uplifting day.
Spring has sprung. I can’t stop thinking about all the places I need to return this coming season, and this one is top of the list. Better start training for that 2hr approach.
This was one of those lifechanging trips with friends from @csmc_yyc in 2024, climbing in some of the most outrageous landscapes right in our backyard. What a wild adventure that was! Best of the best.

Playing on another highline today with the @csmc_yyc crew. Scouting mission success. Tons of fun had by all. Can’t wait to string this one up again. 50 metres long, maybe 12ish metres high. Very pretty. Each day a tiny bit better.

Awesome first day on rock 2026 with the CSMC crew yesterday. @csmc_yyc had 3 different mountain trips running this weekend: rock climbing, ice climbing, and back country skiing. Such a great community of mountain people getting after it. 🤘
