I didn’t finish this cake. Somewhere between the hundredth dragee and losing my eyesight, I made a smart decision… and passed it on to someone with better patience. I’ll show you who finished it. It was for Mother’s Day — and yes, it was worth every second. Try something like this and see how you go. If you get stuck, ask me — I’ll help. Buttercream cake, finished with edible sugar lace and a mix of rice and chocolate dragees. Inside was meant to be raspberry rhubarb — no rhubarb, so raspberry and vanilla. Works beautifully.
