There are very little words I can say to congratulate myself, I get to live with this achievement next to my name forever; but I want it to be known that this achievement is also forever shared with the people most responsible for actually getting me through it.
I firstly want to thank Miles, for being the most supportive and understanding person a girl could ever need. Thank you for constantly keeping me company and talking me down through bad times, and celebrating with me through the good times. Thank you for always being on the other end of the phone, ready to pick it up and listen to me complaining about literally everything. It means the world to me that you are my world. I love you. 💛
Secondly to my pink partner in evesdropping crime, eve, I would have survived this last year, but if it hadn’t been for you the majority of our class definitely wouldn’t have. Having you there with me experiencing every painful step of the way, one stupid question after another, has been the best and most irreplaceable experience - not that I would want to repeat any of it anyway. Thank you for the endless support and time that you have given, not just to me but to the whole class - everyone who participated in Free Range owes it completely to you. 🩷
Thank you to the best group of Gays, Gals and Rej that a gal could ever ask for, may the laughter never end. A second BBQ fuelled by hate-I mean love-is definitely due. ❤️🔥
And also to Michael, for being one of the few second years who I actually knew, who gave my queer feet a London exhibition a year before my own work, and who made Berlin into the most fantastic uni trip ever. Good luck with third year - you’re gonna need it. 💜
But finally to the rest of you, I literally do not know how you did it. But fuck you. I did it too.
Do I look tired?
Never honestly thought I’d be exposing my feet like this on social media, but there you go. Thank u @evewilliamsphoto for helping with the colour grading, most of these are named ‘eve is super talented.jpg’
