The whole point of the gym is literally to push yourself to new levels. It’s about doing the reps until you
physically can’t anymore. The gym is a great metaphor for life. It’s the constant failure, the trial
and error, the finding out what works for you that gives you the progress you’re chasing. What
you want is on the OTHER side of failure.
Here are some signs you’re not exercising until failure:

You have not increased weight, reps, or intensity in weeks

Your repetition speed is not slowing down on your last few reps
