Loving every part of me - and letting her be seen more 🫶 Okay so you don't see all the parts where I'm crying but who picks up the camera when they're sad anyway 🤣 Fr though, when I shared the story that is the cover photo for this reel, I was surprised by how many people related. It reminded me how often we highlight just one version of ourselves - the one that feels legit, respectable or safe to show. Yogic practices underpin my life, but living a yogic life doesn’t mean being one-dimensional. So here I am, a lil multifaceted human bean. The yogi, the musician, the dancing girl (who apparently loves disco lights), the nature lover - all of it and more belongs here 🫶 P.s. it's a truly random selection of video clips, that made me smile 🥹

Not exactly an average week for me 🫠 Anyone else find it so hard to limit themselves movement-wise when you’re not actually sick in bed?? The struggle is real Showing up to the workshops on Monday and checking my ego was a big one - but in the end it was a success 😁 and I learned a lot just being in rhe room. Had to skip some of my fave classes too 🥹 (Jivamukti on Tues with @sheila_ilzvanhofen + Baree on Thurs with my girl @motionbynicci ) but I swapped them for some nice walkies instead aand I finally made it to breathwork class with Carolin at @beyondbln which was just amazing 😍 Overall though, it’s healing reallyyyy well (and pretty quickly I think, I'm doing a lot behind the scenes hehe) I just need to give it a bit more time.

'Why do we practice challenging asanas?' 'Over time we establish our awareness. The body is a path, and having ownership over its' capabilities is the initial intention. Over time, the ownership goes away, the external motivation is not necessary, and I will start to believe that my mind is what was doing everything... Inner Currents Spring Equinox Edition. A midday retreat that blends gut health, mental balance, yoga, meditation, and nourishment. The spring equinox on March 21st marks a natural threshold when day and night are equal. Rather than moving in a constant state of output and productivity, we invite you to return to cyclical living. A pause at a key moment in the year to listen, realign, and transit consciously. Inner Currents is rooted in the understanding that humans are not separate from nature and are part of its rhythms. Our bodies, nervous systems, energy levels, creativity, and needs shift with the seasons, too. Settled in the beautiful space of @garten_studios in Prenzlauer Berg, we invite you to spend half a day dedicated to wellbeing, movement and nourishment. We start with an interactive workshop by @olya___ee about gut-health and how food can help regulate mental state, clarity, and calm with the shifting seasons. We re-awaken the body from winter fatigue in a Yin-to-Yang yoga class by @eithneyoga . We preserve the state of spring energy in a guided meditation. We gather for a nourishing lunch full of probiotic and fermented foods. We refill our cups to build a fresh and kind connection with our Self, our body, and each other.
