A few hours before my trip to Japan, I decided to buy a camera. I had never taken photos before, had no clue about composition, and had no idea how to use any of the settings. I just pointed and shot in auto at whatever felt right.
Since then, I’ve upgraded my camera, picked up new lenses, started shooting in manual, and learned how to actually edit and color grade in a way that feels more me.
So I went back to some of those first photos and gave them new life using some of the things I’ve learned over the past year.
