Been building @eightyarticles for the better part of the last year. Finally launching next week on 2.2.26. Website in my bio to sign up for the email list. It’s taken a lot of curating, sourcing, and designing. Most of you might know me as a filmmaker. And that’s been my primary focus for the last ten years but jewelry has always been in my blood. My grandparents started their first jewelry store in 1980 in Orlando and is one of the mainstays of the burgeoning community there ever since. I spent so much time in that store growing up and saw firsthand how expression can be told in stories but also personal artifacts.
So starting this brand has been a bit like coming home. Eighty Articles main focus will be on daily 925 sterling silver essentials - necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings which will all be available on launch day next week (2.2.26). A core collection (designed by me) will be releasing in April.
Film and jewelry exists in parallels for me as a form of personal expression and I hope you’ll join me on this one.
