Today we’re coming together to mark International Transgender Day of Visibility (TDoV).
This important day celebrates the lives and contributions of trans people, while also recognising the challenges many still face, including higher levels of discrimination, poverty and violence compared to cisgender individuals. First established in 2010 it’s a moment to celebrate visibility while acknowledging that not everyone can or wants to be visible.
How we’re marking the day:
🔹 We’ll be fundraising for Mermaids UK, a charity that has supported trans, non-binary and gender-diverse children, young people and their families since 1995.
🔹 Colleagues across our UK, US and Canada Momentum teams, and Eidos, will be encouraged to wear the colours of the trans flag in solidarity, alongside a company-wide quiz to learn, reflect and have some fun.
🔹 The team will be invited to an empathy exercise to reflect on how small, everyday language choices can help create a more inclusive environment.
🔹 Momentum will match all funds raised - doubling the impact of every donation.

New faces at Eidos!
We’re excited to introduce Ivan Mihaylov and Theodoros Mourtis, the newest members of the Eidos team. Both Ivan and Theo join us as Associates and will be working closely with Mark Boyle and Alex Edmonds.
🌟Ivan is an expert in FEM analysis and highly experienced in advanced analysis techniques for complex structures. He has built his reputation for problem solving and efficient design working on iconic buildings around the world including Crown Sydney, ICD Brookfield Place, 21 Moorfields, 55 Bishopsgate and Camp Nou.
🌟Theo is a structural engineer and computational designer, bringing expertise in parametric design, lightweight steel and long-span structures. His interest lies in design-led engineering that responds to complex constraints, with a focus on buildability and cost minimisation.
