@ikatz3d_vfx for the
@rewindhispano2023
It has been a very complicated shot because it required many technical challenges: the core of the explosion has about 2.5 km in radius and the shockwaves 3-8 km. Morover, there have been a total of 25 simulations, hence we have split some of the effects into wedges.
I have been mainly responsible for the nuclear explosion core, surrounding shockwaves, lighting and compositing.
@ikatz3d_vfx has been in charge for the shockwaves going towards the camera, the vegetation, the environmental effects (RBD and dust) and creating several tools to facilitate the work (SOP and Stage).
@hectorvfx has been in charge of supervising the shot and art direction.

Ha sido un plano muy complicado porque requirió muchos retos técnicos: el núcleo de la explosión tiene unos 2,5 km de radio y las ondas de choque entre 3 y 8 km. Además, hay un total de 25 simulaciones, por lo que hemos dividido algunos de los efectos en wedges.
He sido el principal responsable del núcleo de la explosión nuclear, los shockwaves de alrededor, la iluminación y la composición.
@ikatz3d_vfx se ha encargado de las ondas de choque que van hacia la cámara, la vegetación, los efectos ambientales (RBD y polvo) y de crear varias herramientas para facilitar el trabajo (SOP y Stage).
@hectorvfx ha sido el encargado de supervisar el plano y la dirección de arte.
