Welcome back to another episode of my broken Thai #VLOG living in Bangkok 🏠🌱✨
This Sunday, I took it slow at home. Started the day with pressed juice on an empty stomach, followed by a clean smoothie with boiled organic chicken (must be frozen and add berries to reduce the smell). I don’t eat rice in the morning, I always go for alternative carbs instead.
This Sunday I went to church, also followed by a clinic appointment for laser hair removal, IV therapy, and a gold laser treatment to boost my skin and performance.
Later, I caught up over coffee with an old friend I hadn’t seen in nearly a decade, and ended the day with full of food and cocktails at one of Bangkok’s best restaurants running for over 30 years. Sundays might not be 100% rest, but it can still be 100% worth it.
My biggest flex? #HEALTHiswealth💸✨
I’ve been living this lifestyle since I was very young, and it turns out I have no physical or mental health issues. I get regular checkups, and my doctor says I’m in 99% excellent health. I sleep well, digest food easily, and have no hereditary conditions.
For me, living well means maintaining balance not avoiding everything or cutting things out completely, but learning how to live with them in a better way fit ourself.
I truly believe this lifestyle has shaped who I am today. I eat in balance. I still enjoy to cook with coconut sugar and salt, but avoiding added sugar and overly salty food when eating out. I don’t eat fried food, and I’ve cut back on ultra-processed meals. I focus on real, whole ingredients and keep everything in moderation.
If you’re looking to improve your overall health, start with what you eat. Focus on real food over ultra-processed or ready-made options. Go for organic selection if have more budget. Pair that with exercise and wellness practices that fit your lifestyle.
Supplements can help, but they’re just support not a substitute. The quality and nutrition of your meals matter more than simply filling your stomach.

Although I couldn’t make it to join the Thai Design Contest this year in person or continue further in the competition I’m truly grateful that they still allowed my team to showcase my work during the event.
Being able to share my story and love for Thai-inspired craftsmanship in a space like this is something I’ll always be thankful for. Thank you, Soho House Bangkok, for this opportunity 🤍
The Hidden Elephant — Believe and You Will See
Thai Cotton & Silk on Handcrafted Wood
57.5 × 52 cm & 25 x 25 cm
This work reclaimed textiles from garments designed and hand-sewn by the artist. Through the use of cotton handwoven by 65++ years old Grand Mother in Doi Pui, Chiang Mai and rare Pha Yok silk the artist elevates ‘waste’ into a spiritual expression of identity.
The work integrates Thai spiritual traditions through sacred engraving tools (เหล็กจาร; Lek Jan) once used
in Buddhist scripture, to secure the fabric to the wooden elements together with holy water blessings merging physical craft with sacred. These elements embed the art works with intentions of protection, positivity, and spiritual energy.
The Hidden Elephant reveals itself only through belief symbolising wisdom, protection, and enduring prosperity. Deeply rooted in Thai culture, the elephant embodies strength, stability, and spiritual guidance,
a guardian that removes obstacles and carries the
continuity of heritage across generations. Will you see to believe, or believe to see? The revelation is yours.
