Σε αυτό το εργαστήρι, θα δουλέψουμε στο πώς μπορούμε να κινούμαστε με άνεση και φυσικότητα στο πάτωμα, μέσα από μια σειρά ασκήσεων και χορογραφικών ακολουθιών. Το εργαστήρι είναι φτιαγμένο για να καθοδηγήσει movers όλων των επιπέδων και ηλικιών να αναπτύξουν μια πιο βαθιά σύνδεση με το σώμα τους και το πάτωμα. Θα δουλέψουμε με την ταχύτητα και την ένταση της κίνησης, από αργές, ελεγχόμενες μεταβάσεις μέχρι γρήγορες, δυναμικές αλλαγές. Θα εξερευνήσουμε πώς μπορούμε να βρούμε ευκολία στη μετακίνηση στο πάτωμα ανάμεσα σε αυτές τις δύο ταχύτητες. Η μουσική παίζει βασικό ρόλο σε αυτό το εργαστήρι. Ο δάσκαλος θα χρησιμοποιήσει μουσική με πλούσιους ρυθμούς που θα διαμορφώσουν τη χορογραφία μας, ενθαρρύνοντας μας ανταποκριθούμε φυσικά στη μουσική και να βρουμε μια αβίαστη ροή.

In this workshop we are going to work on how we can move effortlessly through the floor by working on small choreographic sequencing. It is designed to guide movers of all levels and ages in discovering the beauty of fluid and connected movement. We are going to work interchangeably from slow to fast-paced movement and explore how we can find ease moving through the floor between both extremes. Music is an integral part of this workshop, the teacher will be incorporating music, known for their rich rhythms and deep emotional resonance. These melodies will help shape our choreography, encouraging movers to respond intuitively to the music and find a natural, effortless flow.

Erol Alexandrov is a dance teacher and choreographer based in Berlin. He studied classical ballet at the state-recognized Opera in Pleven, Bulgaria, where he worked as a dancer before joining the experimental theatre "Gabrowo" and the dance theatre "4xC" in Sofia. Since 1990, Erol has worked extensively in Germany and Austria, including engagements with theaters like Altmark and the dance theatre "Ikarus." He has performed and choreographed on international stages across Europe, North Africa, and Latin America. Currently, Alexandrov teaches contemporary dance at renowned institutions in Berlin, such as Dock11, Marameo and Tanzfabrik, and continues to create and perform in various dance-related projects.
