I smile.
That’s the visible part.
What you don’t see is the distance behind it.
Years that started too early, shaped by narrow passages and hard falls absorbed without much noise.
I learned to hold things together while my world was falling apart and had to grow without explaining everything.
The cracks? They were there.
I just didn’t always feel the need to show them.
Sometimes it’s enough to carry them and keep moving.
Step by step, without much said, I became who you see today, the perfect figure in front of a camera. A lucky person indeed with a happiness seen through a grey veil.
Not perfect, not unbreakable...just still here.
And so today I smile.
Not because it was easy, but because everything that happened brought me here.
And this smile isn’t just happiness: it’s resilience, it’s the journey and the way I walk through it.

io che posto una foto di me é cosa più rara dell’eclissi.
Però ho appena ricevuto questa foto, dal live di ieri sera, scattata dall’immenso @andresbarragan_photography (follow him!) e non ho resistito a farne un post, perché mi ha ricordato la preziosità che c’è nel condividere le proprie passioni con persone nuove e meravigliose che con poco diventano famiglia e che, in un momento non esattamente leggero della mia vita, stanno aiutando il mio sguardo a dirigersi verso ciò che di bello essa ha da offrire con la migliore delle terapie: la creatività.
La famiglia di ieri sera é quella di @edgeproduction23 ed @sl.studios , ma ne ho attorno così tante che non basterebbe un post per ringraziarle tutte, però un “grazie” dal cuore ve lo mando. VVB 🫶

33 anni, e rimettersi a fuoco.
Chi mi conosce sa quanto preferisca stare dietro la camera, piuttosto che davanti.
La mia ultima foto profilo risale al 2019 — troppo vecchia per un nuovo CV. Mi è sembrato giusto aggiornarla: rughe, occhiaie, barba sfatta, capelli un po’ sofferenti e quella carente autostima. Insomma, io.
Ti accorgi che il tempo passa, la vita si diverte con te (anche se non sempre tu con lei), ma certi valori restano.
Un appuntamento più dovuto che desiderato, quello davanti alla camera. Un autoritratto in pieno silenzio, dove però ricordi a te stesso di esistere.
E infine, aggiorni il CV. Ovviamente.
