Today, on Mother’s Day, I celebrate the beautiful life of my mother, Felicia Mayford.
A loving mother, a gifted makeup artist/costumier, and a woman whose hands didn’t just create beauty — they carried kindness, strength, and dedication.
She lived with passion for her craft and love for her family. Even until her final moments, she was doing what she loved — working, creating, and bringing out the beauty in others.
Though she is no longer here with us, her legacy lives on in every life she touched, every face she brightened, and every lesson she left behind.
Mum, your light still shines through us.
