Here we have this Very clean full nut & bolt restored Honda Civic EF K20 converted.
Conversion was carried out by the owner him self and probly the best lookin EF I have seen.
We carried out the following:
- Health Check
- Fresh set of @officialngksparkplugs BKR8EIX plugs
- Custom Ecu tune & Power run on dyno and it made a 235.2bhp & 228.6nm torque (only mods are Induction kit and manifold back exhaust system)
Car pulls really well for the power as there isnt much weight to it.

If you’re planning on storing a car, ensure the tank is full (prevents moisture accumulating) and add fuel stabiliser. This tank had about 15L/4gal of fuel in it when stored for multiple years. Fuel pump/hanger are badly corroded. Fuel level sender is also corroded and doesn’t move freely anymore. Time for some replacements
This ED9 CRX hasn’t run for years and was in need of some fault finding. After a bit of a tidy of the interior and checks over the motor found the fuel pump wasn’t priming. Quick inspection at the level sender shows rust in the tank from stale fuel and likely rusted fuel pump. Will need to empty the fuel and drop the tank to inspect how bad it is. Not ideal given CRX tanks are getting hard to find #savetheefs #efedconversions #honda #crx
As Honda discontinue parts for the beloved EF we’ve had to find alternative solutions. When swapping to a hydro setup the old cable hole needs to be blocked off. As the OEM plugs are no longer available, the #efedconversions machined aluminium block off offers the perfect solution. With added O-ring this ensures no water leaks at the firewall.
