The folks @aceagrams are supporting Edy Hurst’s Dream Park! The show making the worlds greatest theme park and getting planning permission is given the go to head into a period of deep mucking around with both young people and professional fools.
At a time when funding is in incredible high demand I am phenomenally grateful to Arts Council and the support from folks @z.artsmcr@theoldelectric@wonderarts.nw and @bigimaginationsnw for helping (as well as @antoniacbeck ).
More planning permission and theme park based announcements will be announced down the line, but very much looking forward to further diving in to how you make civic action the hip thing all the kids want to talk about.

I didn’t remember to take or ask anyone to take photos of my shows @leicscomedyfest and @kidscomedyfest but via the magic of photo editing I think I’ve made some pretty convincing candid pics.
What could I be pointing at so hard my finger disappears? We’ll never know.

It was a real honour to be part of @weirdoscomedy weekend this year, and great to see incredible shows from Adam, Michael Brunstrom and Cerys - go see them all at your soonest chance!
The one photo I did take was of some artwork someone made immediately after watching dream park, and I’ll be honest if that’s not a firm endorsement of a show then i don’t know what is, someone coming up to you and saying “I firmly endorse this show?” Still doesn’t feel as legit.

Thanks to everyone who came to watch my first show of @leicscomedyfest yesterday @attenboroughac for the first ever Work-in-Progress of Dream Park, the show where families dream up and apply for planning permission for the worlds greatest theme park.
We had a very on theme for Leicester theme park called Red Leicester based on Cheese. And we got the green light!
Best of all, someone even made some fan art of the park after the show - our first fan art!

EDY AT LEICESTER!
I’ve been having a lot of fun trying to build a whole show in the space of a month for families about planning permission and mostly theme parks. Thanks to @z.artsmcr for letting me muck around in their spaces with new ideas!
Dream Park will be this Thursday at 1pm at @attenboroughac
Then we’re hopping on an imaginary boat and setting sail across the Odyssey whilst gingerly tickling the keys of a synthesiser. It’s an electro punk version of the odyssey - Hurrayy! Hizzah! Why?!

Sunday! 22nd at 7pm - but the whole day is stacked with amazing shows including @hashtagcerys@michaelbrunstrom and @bruceedhouse1 amongst many many more!

A wonderfull final date of Edy Hurst’s Wonderfull Discoverie of Witches in the Countie of Himself with the folks at @brewhouselive - thanks for everyone who came along through the rain!
Also thanks to José at @pigeontalkcomedy for excellent tech support on the night.
And with that, the tour of Witches is done. What stated as the leftovers of my degree show in the garage turned into my most ambitious, complicated and meaningful show I’ve made. I’ve got to work with incredible folks and go to amazing places across the UK.
I don’t know if this is the final ever show for Witches (if you’d like Vengaboys and Lancashire witch trials near you hey I’m open) but it really feels like a milestone to be at the end of a tour that start around October 2024.
